  • Only products purchased directly from UrbanCoconutHairCare.com are eligible for returns.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Steps to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the product, including the original receipt or proof of purchase, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Product: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds
